Nancy Nicholson: We opened our shop in July and started shipping pies in September 2001. We're glad you enjoy it. We make 300 to 400 a day. We have baby pies, and pie in a jar. Charlie Nicholson: A little Bite Texture to it. Fresh cut slices and then we toss 'em with our dry ingredients. Well, yeah. Sure do, cause I've been in that bakery all morning.
Charlie Nicholson: That Apple Pie is something else. It's absolutely scrumptious. We don't use anything but fresh apples.
